Matthew Seeger has been appointed dean of Wayne State University\'s College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts. He previously served as interim dean of the college and has been a faculty member and administrator at Wayne State for 26 years. Harvey Hollins III, Wayne State University\'s vice president for government and community affairs, will serve as Gov. Rick Snyder\'s director of the Michigan Office of Urban and Metropolitan Initiatives beginning Sept. 1.
